Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Chrome extension "SWIPR" (the "Software") provided by SWIPR ("we"). By using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Software. A one-time license can be activated on up to 3 devices per key. License keys may not be transferred, shared or resold.

2. Free trial

Without a license, the Software can be used for up to 20 swipes in total at no charge.

3. Third-party services

The Software is independent and not affiliated with Tinder (Match Group). Tinder's terms may prohibit automated activity, and using the Software could lead to your account being restricted or banned. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and use the Software at your own discretion and risk.

4. Prohibited use

• Modifying or reverse-engineering the Software to bypass license limits
• Harassing others or using the Software for unlawful purposes
• Obtaining, sharing or selling license keys improperly

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described under "Returns and refunds" in the Commercial disclosure. A refunded or charged-back license is deactivated.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and may stop working if third-party services change. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including account restrictions or bans.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
